Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn or unused
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Discounted or sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
